Flower delivery to Pržno from an Ostrava florist

Pržno lies on the right bank of the Ostravice. It is about 3 km north of Frýdlant nad Ostravicí. The municipality has its own railway station.

Pržno was first mentioned in writing in 1573, when it was a village laid out in long strips on the Ostravice floodplain and belonged to the Frýdek estate. The Church of the Immaculate Conception of the Virgin Mary, built in 1909–1910, stands by the old road to Frýdek and is surrounded by the local cemetery. The municipality-run Pržno primary and nursery school brings together a five-year primary school, an after-school club and a nursery school. The Pržno Civic Centre was created by converting the former nursery school and opened in 2015; the municipality rents out a community hall there.

NIKA is based in Ostrava and delivers flowers from there to Pržno. The recipient can receive a bouquet at home or at school. A bouquet can also be delivered to the recipient at the municipal office or the Pržno Civic Centre.
